Notice

Water shoes are highly recommended for all of the shallow water exercise classes.

Lap Swim (Self-Guided)

Swimming for exercise or training purposes in a continuous manner from one end of the pool to the other.

Lap Swim Times

Monday through Thursday: 6am to 10:00am, 2:00pm to 3:30pm, 5:45pm to 8:30pm

Friday: 6:00am to 9:30am, 2pm to 3:30pm, 5:45pm to 6:45pm

Saturday: 9:00am to 12:30pm

Sunday: 12:00pm to 2:30pm

Indoor Public Swim

Saturday: 1pm to 7pm

Sunday: 3pm to 5pm

Deep Water Exercise/Water Walking (Self-Guided)

Water Walking - Perform different walking techniques in 3 feet 6 inches to 5 feet depth to improve strength, flexibly, and endurance.

Deep Water - Cardio and muscle toning workout using an aqua jogger belt and/or water dumbbells in the 9 to 12 feet depths.

Forever Fit

A shallow water instructor-led workout for seniors and people with disabilities which focuses on joint mobility and muscle strength with increased cardio. Adaptable to various fitness level and ability.
